BRUNO TRIPOLI, violinist Biography

Bruno Tripoli was born in Milan in 1968.
He did his musical studies at the "Giuseppe Verdi" Music Conservatory in Milan, graduating under the guidance of Maestro Gigino Maestri. He then attended master classes with the Masters: Felice Cusano, Greta Mullay and Stojan Kaltchev, a pupil of David Oistrakh and Mikhail Waiman.
In 1989 he won the II National Prize for Young Soloists City of Genoa. Following is the International Course of specialization "Gubbio Festival" held by violinists Zinaida Gilels and Pavel Vernikov.
He collaborates with many important orchestras in Italy and abroad. He distinguishes himself by playing shoulder, solo and jury roles in concerts, recitals and musical events.
He has collaborated with pianists such as Maestro Ernesto Tamagni, Vittorio Rabagliati and Stefano Michelangelo Lucarelli. In 1998 he collaborated with the Konzerthaus Theater Freiburg Grober Saal as the shoulder of the European Lyric Orchestra Mailand. In 1999 he participated in the Viterbo Festival as a shoulder and soloist of the Orchestra U.E.C.A. (United European Cultural Association).
He has played for the most important Italian television networks.
In 2001 he was invited to inaugurate the XLII Concert Season of Perugia pro A.GI.MUS.
In 2002 he received a wide public and critical consensus as a solo guest of the National Taiwan Symphony Orchestra in the major theaters of Taiwan, where he was invited to perform Master Classes. From 2003 to 2006 he plays the role of shoulder violin of the Milan Philharmonic Orchestra.
He has performed at the European Parliament in Brussels and at the Quirinale in Rome. In 2004 he performed "L'Histoire du soldat" by Igor Stavinskij at the "Sergiu Celibidache International Festival" in Milan.
He has also collaborated with artists such as Louis Lortie, Vladimir Ashkenazy, Jiang Wang, Misha Maisky, Shlomo Mintz, Antonio Meneses, Stefan Milenkovic, Augustin Dumay, Bruno Canino, Uto Ughi, Liana Issakadze, Alexdander Rudin, Lisa Batiashvili, Barnabàs Kelemen, Boris Petrushansky and others.
He performs solo activity for the "Giacomo Carissimi" Association of Rome.
In 2006 he published the CD of the complete Sonatas for violin and piano by Johannes Brahms in Duo with the pianist Roberto Vitrano, published by Riverrecords musical editions of Milan.
In June 2007 he was a solo guest of the Solti Orchestra of Budapest (Hungary) and in 2008 he was guest of the "Società dei Concerti di Milano" at the Milan Conservatory.
He covers the role of shoulder violin at the Piccolo Sinfonica in Milan and at La Bottega dell'Arte in Musica. He has also covered violin roles for the Teatro Coccia di Novara Symphony Orchestra, Symphonic Orchestra of the Teatro "Gaetano Donizetti" of Bergamo.
Since 2007 he has collaborated regularly with "Kammerorchester Arpeggione" of Hohenems (Austria). He has toured in chamber groups as a soloist in: Europe, United States, Latin America, China and Israel. In 2010 he is a solo guest of the XI Stagione Sinfonica Orchestra di Lecco with the Concerto in E minor op. 64 of F. Mendelsshonn. In 2011 he is the shoulder and soloist of the Sanremo Symphony Orchestra on the occasion of the Italian Song Festival.
In 2012 the CD of the 44 duets by Bela Bartok and the sonata by Sergei Prokoviev for two violins paired with Maestro Gigino Maestri was published.
Maestro Tripoli is First Violin of the César Quartet and Ensemble musicale Shirah.
